1st The Pyramids of Giza, Egypt Built: About 2,600 B.C. The pyramids are graves for the pharaohs of Egypt there so old it’s a wander there still here today.
2nd Hanging Gardens of Babylon, Iraq Built: Date unknown Legend says that this garden paradise was planted on an artificial mountain, many experts say it never existed.
3rd Temple of Artemis at Ephesus, Turkey Built: Sixth century B.C. This lofty temple was built to honor Artemis, the Greek goddess of the hunt.
4th Statue of Zeus, Greece Built: Fifth century B.C. 40-foot (12-meter) statue of Zeus the king of the Greek gods.
5th Mausoleum at Halicarnassus, Turkey Build: Fourth century B.C. This elaborate tomb was built for King Mausolus.
6th Colossus of Rhodes, Rhodes (an island in the Mediterranean Sea) Built: Fourth century B.C.110 foot(33.5)meters statue that honored the Greek sun god Helios.
7th Lighthouse of Alexandria, Egypt Built: Third century B.C. The world's first lighthouse used mirrors to reflect sunlight for miles out to sea instead of a big light bulb to shin  light.
